Q.Unilever has said sustainability is a big way to attract talent. Would you say that corporates can use social responsibility as tool to market themselves to not just consumers but also as a magnet for manpower?

 

A. Not an iota of doubt. It’s so inspiring to feel to work for an organisation that makes an impact on society. It has an osmosis effect on the whole organisation and to its various stakeholders. The rising consciousness of ESG and Net Positivity bear testimony to that.
