Q. Cinemas and assorted halls are opening up for films and assorted performances. Tough rules apart, is there a fear of the unknown that would prevent people to visit? What’s your view?

A. After 18 months, the fear of Covid is not unknown. It is real though the nature of the beast defies complete dissection and its fist of fury. Wide acceptance of vaccination is showing signs of an improved counter-strategy. One can observe improved consumer sentiments and courage to come out in larger numbers of one goes by larger crowd at airports, in offices and in public places. I am sure with established protocols, crowds would throng movie halls also.

I can’t imagine experiencing ‘No Time to Die’ in a non-movie hall environment. I would be shaken , though not stirred. It’s the Bond with the movie halls that would attract crowds. After all, I don’t think that attraction to escapism from reality would go out of fashion soon.
