Q. What do you think should creative agencies be doing to stay relevant given client spends on adcraft are bound to reduce?

A. I strongly feel in these challenging times, creative agencies have a bigger role to play to support their clients in their business journey. But it can’t be done through a business-as-usual mentality. Decoding new circumstances of life of consumers, new living protocols etc have to be understood well. Skills like deep and organic social listening, application of analytics could generate insights that can be leveraged for finding creative solutions that are in sync with the new challenges. Crisis or opportunity is a state of mind. For moving forward optimism is a must.
