Q. It would’ve been impossible to pass time in the pandemic without social media, TV & OTT. But they are damned by people as evil influences. Your view?

A. One doesn’t pass time. Time passes irrespective of one’s existence. Hence, first one has to be comfortable with one’s own company. Secondly, the next step is to be aware that in a TUNA environment (Turbulent, Uncertain, Novel and Ambiguous), one needs to focus on developing resilience and pivoting capabilities. So instead of whiling away time on unproductive pursuits, one should use it as a preparation time to confront any eventuality. I am not advocating not to have any fun time, but everything has to be done in balance, when priorities have to be strategically chosen and that involves choices. And when you choose something, something else have to be sacrificed.
