Associated Journals appoints Zafar Agha as Ed-in-Chief

The Associated Journals Limited, a company founded in 1937 by Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, announced its plans to resume publication of its Urdu newspaper Qaumi Awaz along with its digital version. Qaumi Awaz had suspended publication in 2008.

 

The company has appointed veteran journalist Zafar Agha as Editor-in-Chief for its Urdu newspaper Qaumi Awaz and the digital property with immediate effect. He will be responsible for building and leading the team of Qaumi Awaz and its digital and related assets.

 

Last year, Associated Journals launched the beta version of its English Website – www.nationalheraldindia.com in 2016 spearheaded by Neelabh Mishra as the Editor-in-Chief for its Hindi and English newspapers as well as digital properties.
